TOGETHER, AT YOUR PACE

Clear guidance.
At your pace.

You do not need to have all the answers. We will help you understand each decision, from your first question to the finished memorial.

A listening ear. Space to decide.
A memorial that feels right for your family.

FROM OUR WORKSHOPBespoke 2 A personal starting point
  1. WE START BY LISTENING

    First, we listen.
Then we find a way forward.

Tell us about your loved one, your ideas and any questions on your mind. A photograph or sketch can be helpful, but it is equally fine to begin without a design in mind. We can discuss the different approaches and the details that matter to you.

    Begin with a conversation
  2. Gold Arabic calligraphy and English lettering on the polished black Jefayri headstone

    A DESIGN THAT FEELS RIGHT

    Stone. Shape.
    Words that matter.

Together, we consider the memorial design, material, colour and finish. The inscription is developed alongside the shape, with room to discuss English, Arabic or multilingual lettering and any calligraphy you would like.

A digital design visual lets you review the arrangement before manufacture. Take time to check it carefully and share it with others involved in the decision.

    Reviewed together. Approved by you.

We confirm the agreed details and quotation before manufacture.

    • Stone, shape & finish
    • Names, dates & spelling
    • Wording & layout
    • Agreed details & quotation
  3. CRAFTED & CAREFULLY INSTALLED

    Every detail considered.
    Every next step explained.

With the design agreed, we guide you through cemetery requirements and permissions before the memorial is made and installation is arranged.

    THE PLACE IT WILL BELONG

    Cemetery requirements.

Rules can vary between cemeteries and sections. We discuss those that apply to your memorial and the permissions needed before manufacture and installation.

A CLEARER IDEA OF WHAT’S AHEAD

    Timing, thoughtfully explained.

The design, material, inscription, permissions and installation arrangements all affect timing. Once these are understood, we can talk through what to expect for your memorial.

    Talk through your plans
  4. CARE THAT CONTINUES

    Here for the tribute.
    And the years that follow.

A memorial may need attention long after installation. Return to us for additional inscriptions, re-lettering, cleaning or restoration when the need arises.

Grave tending and Memorial Care Plans are discussed around your memorial, its location and the work and visits you would like to arrange.

A LITTLE REASSURANCE

One less thing
to wonder about.

A few answers to help you begin.
For anything else, we are here to listen.

What should I bring to the first conversation?

The cemetery name and location are helpful, along with any grave details, preferred wording, photographs or ideas you already have. You do not need to prepare a complete design.

When do I approve the design?

You review a digital design visual before manufacture. The agreed wording, layout and design should be checked carefully before approval.

Can you give a timescale straight away?

We need to understand the design and cemetery requirements first. The material, permission and installation arrangements all affect the expected timing.

WHENEVER YOU’RE READY

one conversation.

No complete design needed. Just tell us what is on your mind, and we will take the next step together.
